Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. Returns&Exchanges Policy

-All Purchases (except swimwear, bags, and accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

-No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product

Purchases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

-Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
-Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
-Swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return or exchange request online.

Kind reminder:

Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Refunds

Refund method: The refund will be processed to your original payment account per your request.

Refund process time: Returns are processed within one week after we receive your package. This is an estimated timeframe to accommodate current situations, most refunds will be processed before this.(FYI:It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is ) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.)

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
